You can choose from the following packages:

Conference fees:

Package A for conference and two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten, which includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners,
Package B for conference, lunches and dinners,
Package C for conference and lunches.
Package D Same as A, but sharing a room. You will receive a reduction of € 27.50 p.p.p.n.

Payment After submission of your fully completed registration form, you can pay directly with iDEAL (preferred), VISA or MasterCard. The early bird price fee will apply only for payments received before September 2th, 2024

Cancellation policy Cancellation made before September 2th, 2024 will qualify full refund less a €25.00 administration fee. Thereafter, per person the cancellation fees are: prior to September 9th, 2024: 50% refund; prior to September 16th, 2024: 15% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after September 16th, 2024. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.

Do you plan on presenting a poster?
To catch the audience's attention there will be a one-minute session. For this session you must deliver a PDF file (A4 format, one page in landscape, full color). This file will be projected during the 1-minute session. Please send your PDF and title to numwisk@cwi.nl
