Payment After submission of your fully completed registration form, you can pay directly with iDEAL (preferred), VISA or MasterCard. The early bird price fee will apply only for payments received before June 27th, 2025

Cancellation policy Cancellation made before June 27th, 2025 will qualify full refund less a €25.00 administration fee. Thereafter, per person the cancellation fees are: prior to September 5th, 2025: 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after September 5th, 2025. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization. Registration closes on September 6th, 2025

Do you plan on presenting a poster?
To catch the audience's attention there will be a one-minute session. For this session you must deliver a PDF file (A4 format, one page in landscape, full color). This file will be projected during the 1-minute session. Please send your PDF and title to numwisk@cwi.nl
